Hi, I’m Abbie Ashall — a freelance Event & Project Manager based in Manchester. I bring energy, creativity, and precision to every event I work on, whether it’s a major festival, multi-city activation, or an international conference.
Over the past decade, I’ve led and supported events for world-recognised organisations, such as Manchester Pride, One Young World, Mighty Hoopla, World Merit and CMSPI, and since starting my freelance career in January 2025, that list has grown to include Fever, Red Bull, Shell, Sanofi and The Great Escape. I thrive in fast-paced environments and pride myself on being the calm, solution-focused presence teams rely on when it matters most.

She leads the full production, artist liaison, on-site logistics, and guest experience — combining her passion for creative programming with the operational rigour required to deliver safe, memorable events.

Abbie enjoys delivering award ceremonies that combine creativity, precision, and flawless execution — from concept development to stage-ready production. She has delivered award ceremonies across the UK and internationally, ranging from large industry awards ceremonies to more intimate celebrations. She brings a thoughtful blend of storytelling and structure to every project, ensuring each moment on stage feels considered, engaging, and impactful.
Exhibitions
From gallery installations to trade shows, Abbie builds immersive and engaging exhibition environments. She handles curation support, vendor partnerships, floor plan management, health and safety, and visitor flow. Her project coordination skills bring clarity and structure to the creative vision, ensuring that every exhibition delivers impact, engagement, and professionalism.
Parade Operations
Abbie brings structure, safety, and smooth coordination to complex parade operations. Her experience includes managing multi-organisation parade entries, route planning, accreditation, stewarding, and real-time on-the-ground problem solving. She ensures participants, partners, and spectators enjoy a positive and safe experience, while maintaining clear communication with emergency services, city partners, and production teams.
